Many others speak from the head, some from the heart, and even a few from both. Len Marrella's writing extends beyond both the head and heart and adds the dimension of personal experience and the unwavering documented witnesses of high profile persons who have proven that one can lead an ethical life and at the same time influence others to do the same - even in big business.

Len Marrella offers up a verbal photograph of what this nation could be like if more people embraced the visions and the moral and ethical character found among the people interviewed in this book. At the same time, the mirrored image of our society is not one that we can brag about. It is clear that we must elevate ourselves above the lying, cheating and abuse so readily accepted in our society. The people represented in this book could be a springboard for helping us refocus attention on what it takes to have a truly civil society.

At a time when our moral fiber is challenged, this inspiring collection of interviews and personal triumphs inspire Americans who want to see our nation turn itself around and become a beacon for the world.
